The scholarship program at Moving Arts Academy of Dance is designed to provide ongoing support to families in need of assistance for their student(s) to continue studying dance, or to provide assistance to families whose financial circumstances have unexpectedly shifted.

Scholarships are provided on a first come first serve, and rolling basis throughout the season. Scholarships are not provided retroactively or to tuition owed.

Please note that scholarship students must commit to an entire year. Attendance for scholarship students is mandatory at every class, and for the year-end performance. If you need to miss a class due to illness or an emergency, then a make-up class is required. If you fail to meet these requirements, you will be discontinued from the program immediately.

Help keep Moving Arts Academy of Dance open and viable to our community. Through our foundation, we are able to offer our classes at lower rates compared to other programs in San Francisco, reflecting the diverse socio-economic area we are located in. We are also able to offer full and partial scholarships to talented and committed young students.
